• I do my best to insure that every package is well taken care of and is well packaged to prevent damage, but once it has left my hands I no longer have any control of what happens!

  • If you receive a package that is damaged, you have ONE WEEK after receiving the package to let me know there is an issue, with pictures and I will do my best to fix it.
  • If you got custom work done, and something is wrong, or not to your liking, you have ONE WEEK upon receiving it to send me pictures and tell me whats wrong and I will do my very best to fix the issue!
  • If you receive an item that you did not order instead of the piece you bought, you have ONE WEEK upon receiving it to send me pictures of what you got, and I will do my best to fix the issue!
  • These rules seem a little hard but it is the best way to protect myself as a small business and artist and make sure that I am not being taken advantage of!
